All natural Kodo millet flour which has been made by germinating Kodo grains,
subjecting to sun drying followed by stone grounding. Germination or in general
terms, SPROUTING, is a process by which undesired anti-nutritional factors are
removed from the plant ingredients thereby improving nutrient availability.
Sprouting also improves the protein digestibility making it easier for absorption in
the body.
Use this flour for making amaranth porridges, pancakes & waffles, kodo dosa,
khichdi, kodo pulao, kodo roti, cookies and bars
