All natural Sprouted Kangni/Foxtail millet flour which has been made by
germinating Foxtail grains, subjecting to sun drying followed by stone grounding.
Germination or in general terms, SPROUTING, is a process by which undesired
anti-nutritional factors are removed from the plant ingredients thereby improving
nutrient availability. Sprouting also improves the protein digestibility making it
easier for absorption in the body.
Use this flour for making delicious pancakes, porridges, breakfast bars, foxtail
millet dosa, upma, laddoos and cakes
